Google User Data

When you connect a Google account, TVL Voice Agent accesses only the data you explicitly authorize, and only to provide the features you enable:

• Google Calendar: to check your availability and create, update, or cancel appointments on your behalf
• Google Contacts: to look up and reference your contacts during conversations
• Gmail: to read and send emails related to the tasks you ask the assistant to perform
• Google Drive: to import documents you select into the assistant's knowledge base (read-only)

TVL Voice Agent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI models.

You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from your account settings, or revoke access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in AWS data centers located in the EU (eu-west-1 region). We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:
